The approach

The body leads.
I follow.

Craniosacral therapy, Somatic Experiencing-informed work, and Rebirthing Breathwork. Three ways in, working with the same intelligence.

What the body wants to feel, given half a chance, is extraordinary.

What to expect

A session is led by what's present.

Wear something comfortable, ideally with pants. We begin with a short conversation — what's present, what you're noticing, what feels live. From there, the session takes its own shape.

I draw on whichever modality fits what's happening. Sometimes craniosacral therapy: very light touch, following what the nervous system is carrying through the body's own rhythm. Sometimes Somatic Experiencing-informed work: slower, tracking activation and discharge, noticing what wants to complete. Sometimes breath, which offers a more direct route into what the body is holding. Often a combination, shifting as the session does.

Sessions are 90 minutes. Most people feel something shift in the first session. The longer arc tends to reveal itself over several.

I listen to what the body is doing. I follow where it leads.
