This work teaches you how to read what your body is already telling you. Body literacy as a learnable skill.
Four programmes. One throughline. The somatic frame for people who have read the books and are ready to feel them.
If you've done the work, you already know the limits of doing more of it.
You understand yourself well. You've done real work to get here. You pay attention to what's going on inside.
And something is still there. A layer that hasn't moved. A pattern that keeps coming back. A tension your mind can name but your body keeps holding.
You are not someone who needs more information. You are someone whose body has been waiting for the conversation to switch direction.
This is the conversation in the other direction. Body to mind. Tissue to thought. The work most people don't know exists, named clearly enough that you can finally start it.
When one person's nervous system starts to settle, the rest of the room follows. That is what group work does, and what 1:1 cannot.
Offer your community the work they can't yet find elsewhere in Hong Kong.
What body literacy adds is the underlying frame. Real nervous system science, in plain language, for adults who have already done a lot of self-work. It sits alongside the wellness landscape that already exists in Hong Kong, not in competition with it.
I work with studios, wellness hubs, and hotels who want to give their community something they'll talk about afterwards. The kind of session people remember six months later because they can still feel where it landed in their body.
Facilitation, the nervous system framework, and the CST-trained capacity to hold a room through whatever surfaces.
The space and your people.
Format, pricing, and frequency are shaped around what fits your space. A one-off evening, a monthly series, a quarterly half-day, or all four programmes laid into a year of programming. Reach out, and we'll figure out what makes sense for the room you have and the people in it.

I'm Faith. I work with what the body holds.
I'm a somatic wellness practitioner based in Central, Hong Kong. I'm a certified Biodynamic and Upledger Craniosacral Therapist, a certified Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, and I'm completing a 3-year professional training in Somatic Experiencing, the body-based trauma approach developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
I run a private practice in Central, Hong Kong. The people who find their way to me are ready to work at the level of the body. They bring curiosity, a willingness to slow down, and a sense that there is more to reach.
The work is somatic at the heart, polyvagal-informed at the frame. The room is held quietly and directly, with the science to back it up. Whatever surfaces is met as information, not as a problem to fix.
If you want to read the longer story of how I got here, my about page goes into it.
Sign up to be first to know when workshop dates open. Or if you run a space and you'd like to talk about hosting these programmes for your community, message me directly. Both conversations start the same way.
