Additional Closing Integration Session
For those who choose to enrol in the first round: an additional 1:1 closing session at the end of the 12 weeks. A dedicated space to reflect on what has shifted, to name what is now available, and to orient forward with clarity and steadiness.
Your body did something extraordinary. It grew a person. It brought that person into the world. And somewhere in the process, it picked up weight that it has not been able to put down. You do not need to carry it forever. You do not need to figure it out alone. And you do not need to be ready. You just need to show up.
