Faith Lantz is a Body Intuitive and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in Hong Kong. She supports people to come back into balance and bring back a sense of vitality.

Behind the tension and the sleepless nights, the body is often holding on to something. Working directly with the nervous system and the body is what finally helped hers let go of what was stuck. She is now on a mission to help others find that same ease.

She works with craniosacral touch and somatic awareness, listening to both the body’s tissues and its energetics so what no longer serves can settle and move on. Her work is informed by Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Somatic Experiencing®.
